Customize a bot

In order to customize a bot -

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to "My Campaigns" —> Select campaign type of the bot that was downloaded example - "Interactive Messages"


     
  3. Click on Edit campaign corresponding to the bot campaign you wish to customize


     
  4. Now you can edit 1) Display Time, 2) Start and end date for the bot to run, 3) Logo, theme etc., 4) Add / edit questions (in Step 3), 5) Targeting


     
  5. After editing "Save" your bot campaign and changes will start reflecting
